1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PolyVerify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Operator Status
PolyVerify is operated by a private individual, ChrisXYZ, and is not a licensed broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or financial institution.
3. Informational Use Only
PolyVerify provides blockchain analytics and market intelligence for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax, compliance, or investment advice.
4. Web3 Risk Disclosure
You acknowledge blockchain data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to indexer lag, RPC failures, chain reorganizations, contract complexity, and third-party API constraints. You accept full responsibility for decisions made using the service.
5. Third-Party Data and Links
PolyVerify relies on third-party services and public blockchain infrastructure. Availability, accuracy, and uptime are not guaranteed. External services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful conduct, abuse, scraping beyond reasonable use, reverse engineering, attack traffic, sanctions violations, or market manipulation. Access may be limited or terminated for abuse or security reasons.
7. Donations
Donations are voluntary support payments and do not create equity, ownership rights, token rights, or a guaranteed service level. Except where required by law, donations are non-refundable.
8. No Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses. Total liability is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to the operator in the prior 3 months.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PolyVerify after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
